JobDescription*Ownscriticalhighvolumemanufacturingequipmentandprocessesthatenablerapiddeviceminiaturizationandthemassproductionofintegratedcircuits.*Conductstestsandmeasurementsoftheiroperationstoensurecontrolovercriticaldimensionsanddefectivityoftheprocessline.*Recommendsandimplementsmodificationsforoperatingtheequipmentinordertoimproveproductionefficiencies,manufacturingtechniquesandoptimizingproductionoutputforexistingproducts,tomeetsafety,qualityandcostindicatorgoals.*Growsmanufacturingcapacitytohighvolumestodemonstratethetechnologycapabilitywhilesimultaneouslytransferringthetechnologytocounterpartsinmanufacturingsitesacrosstheglobe.*Ownsexecutionofmaintenanceandrepairactivitiesforequipmentandrelevantmoduleofcomponents.*Initiatesandownsthecontinuousimprovementofequipmentandprocessforkeyperformanceindicators(e.g.,safety,quality,cost,productivity,defects,andyield)andworkswithequipmentsuppliersasrequired.*Ownsprocessdevelopmentlineitemsalignedtohighvolumeprocessnodes.*Participatesinthetransferoftechnologytoothersitesthroughtrainingandauditofinstallationandqualificationoutcomestoensurematchedprocessingacrosssites.*Ownsdevelopmentandoptimizationofexcursionpreventionsystemsfortheequipmentandprocess.*Ownsdetectionofdiscrepantmaterialoractivitiesoftheequipmentandprocess.Duringfactoryramps,ownsequipmentinstall/conversionandqualificationtoensuretoolsareinstalledsafelyandonschedule,whilemeetingallquality/matchingcriteria(fromdesignthroughSafetyLevel1andSafetyLevelSuppliermilestones,Intelqualandmanufacturingreadinessprocesses).Qualifications*Bachelor'sormaster'sdegreewithEngineeringbackground(Mechanical,Electronicetc.);*FluentinOralEnglish,goodatwrittenEnglish.*Goodcommunicationskill.*Havepassioninequipment,processimprovement,datarelatedEngineeringwork.职能类别：芯片测试工程师关键字：Testprocess
