AsaClinicalTrialManager,youwillbededicatedtooneofourglobalpharmaceuticalclients,acompanythatvaluesperformance,recognisesmeritandhasahighfocusonquality.Thisenvironmentencouragesinnovation,individualityandembracespeoplethatwanttobeapartofit.WeareseekinganexperiencedClinicalTrialManagertoworkasanintegralpartofourpharmaclient’sglobalstudyteam.ThekeyfunctionoftheClinicalTrialManageristoprovideoperationalcountryoversightandmonitorprogressoflocalactivitiesofglobalstudiesbyprojectmanagingaclinicalteamatacountrylevel.Workingthroughoutthelifecycleofthetrial,fromstart-upthroughtodatabaselockandclosureactivities,keyresponsibilitieswillinclude:-Tomanagethelocalexecutionofstudyactivities,leadingthelocaltrialteamofon-sitemonitors(SiteManagers)andClinicalTrialAssistants;providingthemwiththenecessarytoolsandtrainingtocollectivelysucceedasateam-Toserveastheprimarypointofcontactatacountrylevelandreportstudyprogresstokeystakeholders-Toleadthefeasibilityandstudystart-upprocess;settingcriteriaforsiteselectionandmanagingthesiteassessmentprocessandproposingsitestothewiderglobalstudyteam-Toprovideexpertinputinto,orevenindependentlycreatekeystudyplans-Todevelopandimplementtheuseoflocalstudytools(egrecruitmentplans,riskmanagementplans)-TotrackthereportingofSAEs-Tomaintainandupdatetrialmanagementsystems(withthesupportofaClinicalTrialAssistant)-Toplanandparticipateininvestigatormeetings-Toreviewvisitreportsforcompletenessandadherencetotheprotocolandtoidentifysiteissuesandtrends-TocollaboratewithotherstudyteammembersaswellasinvestigatorsandothersitestafftobuildstrongworkingrelationshipsAtypicalworkingdaymayincludecreatingstudydocuments,meetingwithyourteam,sharingyourexpertlocalknowledgewithotherinternalcollaboratesandeveninvolvementwithprocessimprovementinitiativesatamoregloballevel.Youwilltrulybealocalstudyexpertandwillbeexpectedtoleverageyourexperience.Youare:Organised,creativeandconfidentintakingindependentaction.Toensuresuccesswithinthisrole,thefollowingarerequired:-1yearplusprojectmanagem
